Here are some steps that you can do to help raise your Mental fortitude just to show the difference you can create for yourself.

1. Get proper sleep. don’t negotiate with friends, loved ones, yourself sacrifice that show or scrolling or whatever else you believe is a priority get your rest!

2.Skip out on breakfast. in the morning eat around 12:30-1pm and stop eating 3 hours before your scheduled sleeping time.

3. Ground yourself. Be barefoot in the grass or the dirt and just sit and stand and reconnect with the earth step outside spend 20 min a day can make a significate difference.

4.Write your thoughts down. and look back on them especially when you feel a strong emotion.

5.Stop arguing with ignorance. and stop sharing your news with everyone be it good or bad.

Remember you're not Horny you feel lonely you’re not depressed your just losing right now and its okay but it’s not okay to lose forever start small and rebuild don’t ever be afraid to start with the basics.

THE BASICS

1. Make your bed.

2. Put your phone away and disconnect.

3. Write down two things you can do for yourself and future YOU for the day (Something always comes to mind when you ask yourself) and one thing for someone else helping others is a way of helping yourself believe it or not.

4. Go outside 5 minute a day.

5. As funny as this one seems breathe nice deep breaths in the nose and out your mouth. Do this 10 times when you feel “overwhelmed’.

How much do you actually hold yourself accountable for?

Yes, I know you have had a hard life so have I... let’s not try and compare but instead figure out a way to create a life that helps us be better versions of ourselves then we were yesterday and last week and last month what if future you came through a portal what would your excuse be? you wouldn’t and couldn’t have any you’re not the only person going through something and you won’t be the last, but it can be the last time you go through something.

IF YOU CAN’T CONTROL IT GIVE UP THE HABIT OF WASTING ENEGRY ON IT. IF ITS IN YOUR CONTROL IT SHOULD GO ACCORDING TO PLAN, AND IF IT DOESN’T WAS IT IN YOUR CONTROL IN THE FIRST PLACE?

  • You’re not depressed your just not getting the results you want… how do we change this? We restart, go back to your basics reset your goals, make more realistic goals and re organize your plan if needed. Plan it day by day don’t worry about what’s gunna happen think about what you are doing in the here and now.

  • START SMALL.

    Do something small for 20 min a day for a week just one thing walking, reading, your hobby, it doesn’t matter. After the week is up add two things but the second personally needs to be for you meditation, journaling, pushing yourself mentally or physically.

  • Because motivation is honestly bullshit. It comes and goes, it’s a feeling not a state of mind. You need self-discipline. It outlasts all emotions so whatever you need to do, do it tired, broke, hungry, even sick. I’m not saying kill yourself physically but you got to push past the pain. If you can sit in bed all day and scroll and complain you can “complain” through the things you know you have to do…
